Privacy Policy

Effective October 7, 2026

1. Who We Are

BOSQUE (“we,” “us”), operated by Bosque LLC, is a media publication and creative agency at bosqueculture.com (formerly bosquestyle.com) and on Instagram at @bosqueculture. We feature homes, spaces, and design, and we sell paid editorial features to agents, owners, and businesses. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

2. What We Collect

Information you give us. When you use a form on the site we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you include it, and your message. Depending on the form this also includes property details (address, links, photography, and credits for the people who worked on the property), preferred dates for a showing or stay, your brokerage or company, and your Instagram handle if you share it. When you join our newsletter we collect your email address. When you respond to a feature we have shared with you for review, we collect your name, your decision, and any notes you leave.

Payments. When you book a paid feature, payment is handled by Stripe on its own secure checkout page. Stripe collects your card details; we never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email, billing details Stripe shares with us, the package you chose, and the status of the payment.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to run and secure the site. We use a privacy-focused analytics service that counts page views and aggregate usage without advertising cookies and without following you across other websites. We store a small preference in your browser so the newsletter invitation does not reappear once you close it. Fonts are delivered by Adobe Fonts, which logs font requests in order to serve them. Some property pages show an Instagram post or video embedded from Instagram, and Instagram may set its own cookies when it loads. We use the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising on Instagram and Facebook: when you visit the site, start a feature booking, or complete one, the pixel tells Meta, which may use cookies and information about your device to match the visit to its users, show our ads to people who have visited, and report how the ads perform. The pixel does not run on client review pages or private order links. You can control how Meta uses this information in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and you can block it with your browser's cookie or tracker settings. Like most sites, we do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Instagram. If you comment on one of our posts with a keyword such as INFO, our messaging provider receives your Instagram username and comment through Instagram and sends you a direct message with the link you asked for.

Professional contact information. We keep the business contact details of real estate professionals, such as names and work email addresses published in professional directories and on brokerage websites, so we can tell them about our features and newsletter.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to answer your inquiry, deliver your request to the right person, produce and publish features you have booked, process payments and refunds, send the newsletter to people who have joined it or whose professional contact details we hold, tell real estate professionals about features, protect the site from abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

4. When We Share Information

We share information only as needed to do what you asked. Showing requests and rental or stay inquiries are delivered to the listing agent or the property’s owner or manager, with your name and contact details, so they can reply to you directly; we receive a copy. Editorial inquiries about design features come to us alone.

Service providers process information on our behalf to run the business, and may use it only to provide their services: Vercel (website hosting, analytics, and file storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Google Workspace (our email), Adobe Fonts (font delivery), ManyChat with Meta (Instagram direct messages), and Meta (advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel). We may disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights, and information may transfer if the business is sold or reorganized.

We do not sell your personal information. The Meta Pixel described above shares site activity with Meta so we can show and measure our own ads; we do not share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

5. Emails From Us

Every newsletter and marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address, and unsubscribing takes effect for all of our marketing email. If you write to us personally, or if Ryan writes to you about a feature, you can simply reply and ask not to hear from us again. Emails about a booking, a payment, or a feature in progress are not marketing and will still reach you.

6. Third-Party Sites

Featured properties, agents, partners, Instagram, and Stripe have their own websites, channels, and privacy practices. This policy does not cover them.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing ryan@bosqueagency.com. We will respond within a reasonable period, and we will not treat anyone differently for exercising privacy rights. California residents may exercise the rights available to them under California law, including asking which categories of information we collect (described in Section 2) and asking us to delete it, through the same address. We may keep records we are required to keep, such as payment and tax records.

8. Retention

Form submissions and inquiry emails are kept as long as needed for the purpose you sent them and for our records. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, and we keep a record of the unsubscribe so you are not added again. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You may ask for earlier deletion of anything else at any time.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections to the site and reputable providers for hosting, payments, and email. Review links for unpublished features are private and not indexed by search engines. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Children

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always posted on this page.
