Studio OSKLO redesigned this corner residence on the nineteenth floor of Century Towers, and it is the first home the Los Angeles studio has offered fully designed. The building is I.M. Pei's, completed in 1964 on gated, landscaped grounds in Century City.

The interiors were redesigned and remodeled throughout. Bespoke millwork runs room to room with lighting built into it, and the kitchen is finished in full slabs of imported stone, with Miele appliances and seating at the island. Beside the dining table, a wood-paneled wall is pierced with rows of small round openings.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in 1,301 square feet. On the corner, the rooms take light from two sides, with views to the Hollywood Hills and the city lights at night. A Control4 system runs audio and video throughout.

The building has 24-hour guard-gated security, a concierge and valet, a fitness center, a pool and sauna, tennis courts and a putting green. Two parking spaces come with the residence, and Beverly Hills is close by.
