On Old Stone Hill Road in Pound Ridge, the Amon Marshall Homestead dates to 1769 and was expanded over generations. Its latest restoration kept the hand-hewn beams, wood walls, historic doors and hearths, then layered in Venetian plaster, limewash, bespoke millwork, custom stonework and vintage European lighting.

The kitchen pairs Cristallo marble with custom cabinetry, an AGA range and Sub-Zero appliances. The living and dining rooms carry wide-plank and herringbone floors and three restored fireplaces. Of the four bedrooms, one sits on the first floor. The primary suite upstairs has custom closets and a marble bath with a freestanding tub and a restored steam shower.

Outside, 3.5 acres hold revived gardens and mature rhododendrons, reclaimed woodland, repaired stone walls and a restored pond. A cedar-shake barn stands near a possible pool site.
